Can I place a Trade order online?
No. At this time, all orders must be placed through our Business account team. After filling out the application form here, your information will be forwarded to that team. You can also email them directly at email@example.com
What products are included in the trade program?
All Casper products are part of our trade program.
Are their minimums to be eligible for the trade program?

Which industries and professions qualify for the Casper Trade program?
The trade program is open to interior designers, registered general contractors, home stagers whose clients are homeowners directly, professional architects, hotels, property management companies, homebuilders and various other commercial entities. We will ask for documentation showing membership in one of these organizations:
- AIA (American Institute of Architects)
- NAHB (National Association of Homebuilders)
- APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers)
- ASID (American Society of Interior Designers)
- ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects)
- CID (Certified Interior Decorators International)
- IDS (Interior Design Society)
- IIDA (International Interior Design Association)
- NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals)
- NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry)
- NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association)
- A staging organization, such as ASP, HSR, IRIS or IRN
Or One of the Following:
- Interior Designer Certification
- Business License showing that you are a professional in interior design, architecture, homebuilding, homestaging, remodeling
- W9 or Federal ID form showing your EIN number
I’m not a member of one of the professional trade organization, am I still eligible?
If you have a W9 and EIN number showing a business in one of these sectors, we can enroll you in the program.
Is the trade program valid at Casper retail stores?
No, presently the program is not valid at Casper retail stores. You must reach out to the business account team at email@example.com
Is the trade program valid in the US only?
The trade program is valid in North America only at this time. This includes the US and Canada. We anticipate being able to offer this benefit to the UK, Germany and France later in 2018.
How do I pay for my order?
Our business account team can process your orders directly. We accept all major credit cards in addition to invoice billing (if applicable). We anticipate financing options to be available at a future date.
Does the trade program charge sales tax?
Where provided by law, we do collect sales tax. Since products are not available for resale, we do not accept Resale or Sales Tax certificates.
What is the trade program return policy?
Given our exclusive pricing discounts, we are unable to accept most returns unless product has been damaged in transit. Mattresses are returnable within 30 days for a full refund, less return shipping costs, provided it’s in donatable condition.
How does the referral program work?
Realtors, Interior decorators and general contractors who refer their clients to buy on Casper will receive a $100 Amazon gift card for each referral they make (up to 5 in a calendar year).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by product and selected delivery method. For the most accurate information, please contact our business account team.
Does the trade program rent or lease furniture?
No. At this time we do not have a rental or lease option.
Are products from the trade program available for resale?
No. Products are not to be resold. Violating this will result in termination from the trade program and the inability to join in the future.
Does the Casper Manufacturer warranty apply to my trade purchase?
If you are purchasing products for individual homes then you will be covered under our manufacturers warranty. If you purchasing for a commercial application (i.e. hotels) then you will be covered under a 3 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
